Shipping policy

If a physical item was purchased and needs to be shipped to the customer, you, the customer, agree to have the item shipped to you. We are not responsible if the address was provided incorrectly. Please make sure the address is correct and complete for shipping to be successful. Shipping will be processed 24 hours after an item has been purchased and an address has been provided. Please allow 3-5 business days for receipt of item(s). If you feel you have not received an item in a timely matter, please let us know by emailing elizabeth@elizabethlouiseharpist.com
